Lib Dem District Councillor Murray Gray has been working with Parish Councils in his ward to get grants from South Norfolk Council to purchase and install defibrillators in village halls. Recently these grants have enabled defibrillators to be fitted at both Denton and Topcroft. A third grant is helping to purchase one soon for Alburgh village hall. Murray commented, "Let's hope they never need to be used but they could be life-savers should emergencies arise".
